The interview process was quite seamless. I actually discovered this position through an online career fair which was sponsored by the university I am attending. I spoke with one of their current talent acquisition specialists, he was very informative, cordial, and answered any and all questions I had. After submitting my application, it only took about a week after the job posting closed for their team to contact me and set up a date and time for an interview via Skype. There were a couple of so-called "softball" questions at the beginning, but after that, their questions really made me have to think on my feet and weren't just simple to answer. After the interview was complete, I waited for about a month before Sanford contacted me and offered me another position within the same department, which they said could happen during the interview. All in all, the interview process has been one of the more pleasant processes I've been through. I've applied to jobs where I never received any emails, phone calls, or information regarding my application status. Pleasantly surprised by their process.
