My interview was about 45 minutes. It began with the interviewers explaining the position and team. Then they asked me typical interview questions and left some time at the end of the interview for me to ask questions and have a more "conversational" type of interaction.

Question 1
How do I approach managing projects? Do I take a technical project management approach or focus more on developing relationships with project teams?
First interview - Pre screening with a recruiter
Second interview - Video meeting with two hiring managers - typical situational questions
Third interview - Face to face with hiring managers and their supervisor - hypothetical exercise to determine competency.
Forth interview - Meeting with supporting department leaders to determine fit.
No response for three weeks.
Overall process took 5 months.
