HR process is improving. Years ago it look a long time to get the resumes to the department but it has improved. Resumes are submitted online and then reviewed by HR. The HR team is becoming a much more qualified department. The interview was done at the clinic in the presence of the physicians and the department VP. They asked relevant questions but also asked a few personal questions, which I didn't mind.
