phone screen and then the in person interview. it was a very casual interview. we went over my experience and resume. then gave me a tour of the floor i would be working at.

Was called to go in for an interview, was later called in for a second interview-usual questions: why should I hire you, tell me about yourself, what makes you want to work here etc etc. then was sent to Hr for drug test, then to enroll in the system to get orientation set up.

Called very quickly. Scheduled interview within 2 weeks. Was only with one other person, a clinical care supervisor of that unit. Questions were mostly about problem solving with other co-workers and why I am more suited for this job than other applicants
