I applied online. I interviewed at Sanford Health (South West Fargo, ND) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview was virtual with a total of 3 workers on the call. It started with them explaining the job role and how training would go once hired. They then asked questions that were mainly typical interview questions. They asked if I had any questions and explained the next steps in the hiring process when asked. I was told HR would reach out typically within a couple days if I receive a job offer so I am currently waiting on that.
Called via telephone to set up interview, then I had to drive in to the hospital for the actual interview. The interview was not very long, and I was told I would be notified soon.
Called within a week to set up a time. Went in to find two people asking a series of common questions. The overall hiring process I heard is long convoluted and they aren't forthcoming with information.
