I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi
Interview
Applied online and received an initial phone call from the company's HR recruiter about a month later. The questions were pretty standard during that screening call. Salary expectations, reasons for leaving my previous company, etc. The next steps in the interview process were a bit slow. The recruiter seemed very unorganized and did not do a good job following up with me and scheduling the call with the hiring manager. I was very surprised by the way the recruiter was acting given the size of this company. had to figure out the recruiter's email. The phone call with the hiring manager was average with standard questions too. It felt like she was reading from a script. Overall the experience was OK. They should do a better job at training their recruiters my experience with that recruiter was not very good.
