After passing the online tests I arranged a telephone interview. Standard competency based questions testing whether you have the relevant skills for the job. A couple of days later I received an email saying that I had passed the telephone interview and that my application was 'being considered' for an assessment centre. Despite being told that I would learn whether I had a place at the assessment centre by 5th January, it wasn't until 3 weeks after that date that I was told I had not made the cut. You'd imagine the HR team would be a bit more organised!
