I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Sheffield, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
the interview was fairly straight forward, there were around 4 questions. you were also required to do an english and maths test online. once at the interview there was another maths test which was around 10 questions and then an accuracy test on reading codes/numbers and matching them up. there was then a role play too along with a 1 on 1 interview
Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.
