the HR kept asking me the push factor that lead me to change jobs
Interview was quite easy as nothing technical was asked. In fact, my three interviews were mere 'lectures' on how great they were. I probably spoke about 10% of the time. But we all know that the less you say, the better for any banking interview. If they are happy talking about themselves, let them go at it. When I did ask them simple questions such as "what is the expectation for this particular position?" they gave me wordy, some Spanish thrown in there as well, random answers. But I needed the job, so I stuck with it.
