Interview
First the recruiter contact me for a personal Interview, then I was asked to assist an assesment center with other candidates, we did 3 different activities, the first one was a personal presentation, a random group activity and finally a business case we solved.
The final interview was with two executives of different areas, then they assign you in the area that best fits to your profile.
Organised, objective, and professional. Was thorough but very conducive to showing skills and skills experience. Conducted very encouragingly, leaving candidates wanting to join the firm. Selective but professional. Effort to bring out candadite’s best.

Interview
1º Quick phone call - Introducing yourself, talking about your interests and little review of your CV.
All at the same day in Santander's bank headquarters (Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain):
2º Interview covering CV, personal interests, department preferences, etc... Most of the interview is done in Spanish but they will check a bit on your English speaking.
3º Very basic multiple-choice English test.
4º Group interview. They turned down this one at my interview because there were not enough people (some other applicants did not come).
