I got recommended for an interview at Santanders in Somerville,MA. I was exchanging texts with the manager who conducted the interview, of which went friendly and nice, with appropriate questions about my education, skills and past employment. The issue is that after said interview, which ended on a good note, that I was gonna be contacted and informed of my next steps, I got ghosted. Incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional of the Manager.

Interview
After applying the recruiter reached out with baseline / intro questions about the role and the requirements. They also asked about prior experience and relevant roles. It was a quick call, about 10 minutes max.
I just did one interview, and I didn't get an offer, but it was easy. They asked me about my past experience. No technical assessments. A more in-depth conversation with a hiring manager focusing on the candidate's experience, skills, and fit for the role.
I had to wait like 30 min, and then the process was short. I did 15 min interview, and it was just a general question. So far, so good, but they need someone with experience
