Interview
Not a very friendly interviewer. The first round was monitored by a head-hunter company instead of Santander. They really liked to hear how much you know about Santander. Only fifteen minutes so not many questions were asked.
Equity derivatives internship. Pretty technical for me you had a case where they told you what would you invest in to achieve a 10% return. nothing too crazy but be prepared to get hard option questions. they are extremely slow in their feedbacks from interviews.
Fácil, preguntas habituales de m&a. Se hacia con dos seniors en la oficina de Paris en este caso la de destino. Muy amables y claro. No creo que fuesen a cuchillo con las preguntas.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Santander in Feb 2025
Interview
Expected questions. There were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Emphasis in the interview on motivation and past experiences. Interviewer was nice and provided good insights about the firm and culture.
