Met with a representative at a career fair and scheduled an phone interview a couple of days later. Phone interview was all behavioral questions and received positive feedback from the phone interviewer afterwards. Was asked to come in a few weeks later for an interview with the departmental heads. Interview went smoothly, wasn't too difficult just asked a lot of behavioral questions and had me run through my resume. Was extended an offer about a week later.
