Pretty fair the manager was nice and welcoming. The questions were not hard to answer. Everybody was very pleasant. I really enjoyed working there, we showed respect to each other & we collaborated as a team.
It was straightforward. Applied online. Got a call to schedule a in-person interview with the branch manager. Questions were simple. Come prepared with answer about questions regarding customer service. Also emphasize your ability to upsell products and services the bank offers. That will really catch your interviewer's attention.
Sit down with the district manager who asks you basic interview questions. Asked about my experience, and other common interview questions. Overall it was pretty painless and not bad to get through.
