I applied for the Customer Experience Advisor role at Santander and was sent a Digital Interview and Assessment to complete. The Digital Interview consisted of 5 Questions, and the Assessment focused on Emotions and A Digital Customer Service Chat.

it was easy and simple i got a hirevue interview within hrs of i applied for Customer Experience Advisor job one way video interview Customer Experience questions etc mostly easy not that hard just feels a little wierd if you are giving it for the first time

It was an online pre recorded interview which ended off with games to gauge your personality and behaviour which consisted of customer service roleplay and selecting people's emotions based off images
I interviewed at Santander (Three Bridges, England)
Interview
Applied online, nothing too difficult, uploaded my CV and put all of my personal details and the usual application questions like if I worked there before or not and all the diversity and equality questions. I got a call within two weeks and the video interview as arranged within a week.
