Apply online. Complete Online tests (Numerical was relatively easy in comparison to other graduate tests). After two weeks, got through to telephone interview. This consisted of Motivational questions and Competency based questions. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. They presented questions clearly and allowed opportunities to further expand on answers. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes in total.
