after 5 round complete one day process they called again and want one more round for screen test .went second day after screen test they are telling not up to the mark but 2 days before interview panel from Israel told me like you are more expertise and skill compare to our requirements but its fine may be i am not up to the mark after taking 6 round. but what happened with me please read below .... Sapiens inside the office , any one can enter the office as a candidate for interview and he will stole your mobile . they have candidate entry register but only incomplete entry name and mobile number, Also don't have any id proof ( taken at the time of entry) or resume and The guy was walking inside the Bangalore India office . security guy is telling me, today is your bad day and HR having only one world to say "Really sorry".......😡 so guys be careful may be sapiens is doing this kind of job also with candidate.
