Start with the technical test having very good complexity for understanging the employee abilities and then proceed with technical interview. After selecting in the technical interview they need the employee to pass HR interview which has really real scenarios to handle work with group of people.
Interview was of 2 technical and 1 HR round. 1st round was some javascript questions and coding. Second round was previous project and React questions and last round was basic questions about the candidate.
