The interview was good and smooth and the panel was very straightforward their questions were clear enough , I like how the accept you as their guest other than that everything was good
I applied online and I was invited for an interview at the Ngodwana mill outside nelspruit. The interview was fair enough for a graduate position as it also incuded technical questions.

The interview was not bad, you just have to know about the company and it's values. Why they should hire you. They ask only 10 questions and that's all really.
