Straight forward, half day interview. Did not have to give a presentation. Initial phone screen with the hiring manager, followed up shortly with an onsite interview panel. Overall, was comparatively less intense of an interview process.

Contacted by HR followed by 1-on-1 technical interview with Hiring Manager (Principal Scientist). The HM was severely disinterested from the start, didn't ask any technical questions, seemed like wasting everyone's time. Didn't hear back until 6 weeks later. Invited for interview with 4 team members. Friendly people but again seemed like a formality with no interest in my skills, expertise, or background. Company culture seems very relaxed and unprofessional. HR representative was very professional and the only good thing about the company.

The process was entirely too long and a complete waste of time. First was a phone call with my recruiter, then a phone call with the department head, then a day of interviews consisting of FOUR 30-minute virtual interviews with 4 different people INCLUDING the department head you already spoke with, followed by a virtual follow up with your recruiter. It was a complete waste of time to talk twice with the department head as we went over the same exact stuff. It also felt like the company had poor intercommunication as I had to repeat the same information in each 30 minute interview. Additionally, having a full day of interviews is such a waste of time for a working person. That’s a lot of time to take off of work for a potential job that you might not even get. Which I didn’t. And they didn’t even have the decency or professionalism to call or email me about their decision. My recruiter told me she would follow up with me in a week about the decision and I never heard back from her. Completely unprofessional and utterly disrespectful of my time.
