I applied online. I interviewed at Sargent & Lundy
Interview
After filling out an application I got an email from someone in HR about 2 weeks later requesting more info. this including things like criminal record, work history, etc. The day after filling that out I got an email to schedule an Interview.
Their interviews are different in that it's all back to back, so you need to set aside around 2 hours during the work week. The call starts with 30 minutes of HR and then 1-1 1/2 hour talk with a Panel interview. I was a little confused as the email made it seem like these would all be separate, but it didn't matter much
The calls themselves were very enjoyable, during the HR call the recruiter made it a priority to let me know that she'd keep me informed during the process (which she has) and was great to talk to. The panel interview was also very nice. Mix of behavioral and some light technicals, but even if you mess up a technical they're more than willing to continue the conversation. Great interview process all around
