There were three interviews: HR, Manager & VP Finance, and coworkers. It was kind of chaotic and not structured. VP was very intimidating during the interview. Otherwise the interview was a relaxed process. They were very focused on making sure the interviewee could fit in with the team. Interviews occurred with a panel (multiple interviewers) and focused on the resume.
