I had a somewhat positive experience during the interview process for this role. The interviewers on the accounting team were professional and welcoming. However, the experience with HR was disappointing. After the final interview, I sent several polite follow up emails requesting an update on the hiring decision, specifically reaching out to the HR rep Dominique Finley Jackson. Despite multiple attempts over several weeks, I never received a response or any closure regarding the role. While the interview portion itself was strong and reflected well on the hiring team, the lack of communication afterward felt unprofessional and discouraging.
