Interview
I went to a job fair, and the guys liked me as soon as i mentioned an interest in electrical. They told me to come and interveiw downtown, which I did and a week later I was offered a job. I neg. the hourly by 1.50 and they said I couldnt get a raise for 1 yr, which worked out cause the avg raise is about 40cents.

Interview
3 hour interview with 3 managers. Just to get an email back saying sorry going with another candidate. No reason or why, after interviewing for 3 hours. Follow up email was sent asking why, no response. Position is still posted on multiple boards.
