I applied online. I interviewed at Sargent & Lundy in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied through their website after finding the job on LinkedIn. A few weeks later they sent me an email to set up an interview. After accepting the invitation to interview they sent me all of the details as well as tips for a successful interview! The interview consisted of five 30 minute interviews with the HR rep., hiring manager, and various members of the team. The interviews were mostly conversational with plenty of time for me to ask questions about the job and team.
I had a great experience with the company and I liked how all of the interviews were done all at once.
Very laid back interview with mostly behavioral questions. They want to know you can work in teams and eventually interface with clients. In one interview, the interviewer told me all about his experience and how he loved the company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sargent & Lundy (Midland, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
The two engineers were very polite and professional. Same as the HR lady. We talked about the culture and what to expect for the role and what success in the role will look like in 6 months.
