One of the Best job interview,Very quick, efficient/Transparent, I had two interview not like other organizations where Talent partner do the first interview, understand half from candidate and tell half to the Hiring manager Here it is different For 1st call hiring manager take out time to give better information about the Job role/company/team, For 2nd they invite you in their campus (Based on the Job role) they pay train ticket. During the interview you will enjoy ,You feel respected ,you are not a Just interview candidate they consider as future teammate. They don't ask what is this or What is that ,like typical job interview question , putting you in hotspot , Question/Answer session Here they ask idea to solve problem,they make it more Brainstorming productive session so both party enjoy it. If they don't offer you job still you will not regret to spend the time there.
