Very informal. All interviews were via the phone. Only one face to face interview and it was only to make sure I was a real and normal person that can speak.
It was great. Very difficult. Very long. Very stressful. Very causual. Very good hopefully it was worth it. I enjoyed the process vey much. It could have been worse it wasn’t bad.
