Very open interview with questions asking about your personality and character. But the hr process was abit lengthy, not all documents were being shared before accepting the job despite asking for it.

I was offered a telephone interview, however it was clear my cover letter had not been read as when they asked the first question, 'why do you want to leave your current job?', I am currently at uni which I had stated in my cover letter. I replied saying I was at uni and they replied with they wanted someone to start the job ASAP and that was the end of the conversation. I had been clear in my cover letter when I was able to start. This had meant I had wasted my time researching a job that I had wanted, not even getting to practice my interview skills, and I could have been using my time doing work for uni.
