Stage 1: The initial stage involved a video interview where I was asked basic questions to explore my interests and motivations for applying to the role. Stage 2: The second stage was a video interview with the hiring manager, focusing on understanding my skills and getting to know me as an individual. Stage 3: The final stage was an in-person interview, which was more competency-based, with questions centered on managing a quality incident. The interview concluded with a tour of the site.
