overall it was a easy process You need to have a strong communication skills and be bold and confident. Once selected they'll call us only after 6 months
First round was group discussion or Just a minute. Second round was written test (mcq model) based on networking concepts. Third round is HR interview. This is a train and deploy process
The interview process included GD and JAM rounds to evaluate communication skills, confidence, clarity of thought, teamwork, and the ability to express ideas effectively under time pressure in a professional environment.
