The interview process felt pretty smooth, and I really appreciated the time with both the recruiter and hiring manager. Each conversation was around 15–20 minutes. The tone was quite casual and conversational, which I liked. That said, I do feel the format may not have allowed me to fully highlight my experience or give a more complete picture of my skill set for the role.
