The interview process lasted about a week from start to finish. The first-round interview with HR took place at the end of the day on a Thursday, and the next round was scheduled less than 24 hours later. After I shared that I had other offers on the table, the team moved extremely quickly, wrapping up the process by the end of the following Wednesday. In total, the interview process included an initial phone call with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, an in-office presentation to the hiring manager and a member of the team, an interview with the Head of Marketing, and a final 15-minute conversation with the CEO. I received the final offer that Friday.
