Honestly I knew from recruiter screening alone I would not be moving forward because the conversation felt very awkward and not as engaging as I thought. I talked to recruiter around February and three weeks later I get the update and I kept getting "Someone from Savvy has viewed your profile" quite a good bit on LinkedIn. Personally felt a bit offputted by recruiter so writing was on the wall. They use consult/recruit services and not in-house so that may be why it felt so disconnected for me.
