Almost 6 months of interviewing with at least 6 different people and HR wouldn’t update me on the process! The answers I received were due to my efforts of following up with internal stakeholders. HR only made an effort when someone internally complained and said I had been left in the dark. Yes, I’ll reach out to you early next week with a final decision…NEVER DID! This happened at least 3 times. Don’t lie to your candidates! Treat people with respect after 6 months of interviewing. Have the decency to at least say that they went another direction or the position is on hold…WHATEVER! How do they expect to hire and retain potential professionals like this???? TRULY PATHETIC. THANK GOD I DIDN’T JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION.
