I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Scality (Paris) in May 2015
Interview
Very professional process, overall fast but demanding. Technical questions related to the field of expertise, technical presentation of the company an technology, and a technical exercise to develop at home (without the pressure). Compared to other "big four" classical recruitment process, the Scality's one is probably less academical (and less prone to cheat through learning every single typical algorithm exercises). Then, meetings with technical and non-technical people (including sales, finance, etc.) to assess that the candidate is a "good fit".

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Scality (Paris) in May 2021
Interview
The process went very well, the team I interviewed is cross countries, but interviewers accommodated their time to my time.
There are several rounds: most of them are technical questions mixed with behavior or motivation questions. Every interviewer is nice, patient and selfless to share their own experience with me.
The final round you have the possibility to meet the engineering VP talking about your career plan, how you work remotely etc. He is so nice.
