I got a call from this company saying they are looking for .NET professionals. They said, It will comprise of 2 technical rounds and 1 Hiring manager round. I took up the first interview which was taken over phone. I was told that i would not be asked any questions in .NET unless i complete their so called "Basic IQ Test". Apparently i was not prepared at that time and didn't do well. I know the very moment the outcome of my candidature.
