First online aptitude test will be taken from your laptop which includes ( pattern recognition, English grammar,logical reasoning) and then they will shortlist candidates based on marks obtained then further shortlisted candidates will go through the interview process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Schaeffler (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Nov 2015
Interview
A panel of four members, 3 guys from technical and 1 from H.R, basic questions from mechanical in fields like manufacturing science,strength of materials were asked,and little bit from 12th physics. H.R Questions were little bit tricky.Overall a well balanced Technical+H.R interview.
