I got my interview at a career fair and had a next day interview. From there I had an on-site interview the following week and got an offer that day. The interview was very casual and was held in my university's union one-on-one. I was asked to come to the factory for the on-site interview where I interviewed with a manufacturing manager for a little over half an hour. From there, a current intern gave me a factory tour and answered any questions I had. When I returned from the tour, an offer was presented to me before I left.
