I interviewed with 3 people, three different times and when I got to the director, he didn’t seem to be prepared for the interview. We only chatted for a little bit, and then he never returned any feedback to HR. I followed up but it didn’t seem to do anything.

Tell me about yourself and how you can impact this team?
Mixed experience. I had phone screenings, and online interviews which were good. They really wanted to meet me in person but this position was in a different state, but it was important to them to have me come to the facility and meet the team. I traveled to their location (all on my own cost) and when I arrived there I ended up sitting in a conference room and talking to them on a phone call because the team was working remote! It was frustrating and it seemed like a waste of time and effort on my end. So my recommendation is if you are traveling to interview for this company make sure they fly you out and have them pay for it.

How would you turn around a product line that is declining in the market?
Very smooth, more of a discussion than an interview. The interviewer was more than kind enough to display his vision and what he was looking for in the role.Could’ve been better if there was a structured framework, was very surprised by the interview format.
