I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schaeffler (Wooster, OH)
Interview
The hiring and interview process was as easy as could be. I first spoke with the company on campus and then they called me for a phone interview. After that, they invited me on-site for another interview. This one lasted a couple hours and included their online assessment, which was surprisingly difficult. They gave me a tour and explained which benefits I'd be eligible for.
The people were polite and pleasant to deal with, but there was an overwhelming sense that I was no more than a number. One of the hundred+ co-ops they have at any given time.

Question 1
The online assessment was surprisingly difficult. It had two parts-the math part and the engineering part. Both were timed and difficult to finish quickly enough. I don't believe I did especially well and I still received a job offer, so this must not weigh heavily on their decision.
