With reference to our training and placement committee. They called me as they have vacancy in company. As schaeffler offered me more than what other company offered me in campus and it was near to home so i wen for interview. But interview process took me by shock. They were offering me post of GET mechanical. First interview was HR. A normal HR interview was conducted. As they informed me only a day ago about interview and i was only one,they told me to come after 2 day for my technical interview. But on 2 nd day they again took HR. And to my surprise no technical interview. After interview they told me that i am selected, they congratulated me. I was told by HR that central office will contact me soon via mail and phone. They will provide me offer letter in two days. But even after two days no one contacted me. I mailed the HR person and he told me that my offer is on HOLD. When i called him he said that he can't disclose anything for now. And if i don't hear anything from them in next week then my offer is no more on desk. This is something you do not expect from a MNC like schaeffler. Seriously disappointed from company.
