After some days, I got an E-Mail that I will have the final interview with the vice president VP and a researcher (with a PhD). The interview was supposed to begin at 16:00. The researcher didn't appear and the VP in his car while driving. I told him, we can have it when you reach your destination. He agreed and closed the call. After 20 minutes, he didn't even show any interest. At 16:45, we were done with the interview. IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THEY ALREADY PICKED A CANDIDATE EARLIER. I was shattered because I had hopes for the position.
