From the get-go, the HR guy's approach was a bit hostile considering I was moving from a higher-paying position to this role. He even asked how much I've earned in all of my previous experiences. Then everything became even worse in the interviw with the team leader. The interview was not difficult but the guy was interrupting me a lot and making a lot of really invasive questions about personal decisions I've taken. They ended up opening the position once again after a few weeks. Good luck to everyone working in that team.
