The Scheel’s interview process was a huge waste of my time and energy! I applied online and was called for a phone interview. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview with one of the managers, when I arrived, I was informed that another manager would be conducting the interview because the first manager was busy. I was asked to complete a paper test/screening that took about an hour to complete after the interview and was contacted for a third interview for a non-management position. The last interview was with the originally scheduled manager, who was creepy, full of himself and simply someone I wouldn’t care to be around, let alone work for/with. I received a form letter in the mail stating I hadn’t been selected for the position (after I had already started another job).
