My experience started with a phone interview with HR, followed by two in person interviews. It is expected you have some personal experience with the department you are working in. Attitude and customer service are high priorities.

Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.
