Applied online through CareerBuilder. Received a call from HR the same day and set up an in person interview for the following week. There were two separate interviews back-to-back, one with an HR representative and one with both the customer service manager and the technical support manager. Everyone was pleasant and things seemed to go smoothly, and they said they would be making a decision within two weeks. I never heard back from them at all. I sent a thank you email the day following the interview. I also called a week after the decision was supposed to have been made and left a message inquiring about the position, but a month and a half after interviewing I received no communications at all.
