I interviewed with five different people in various leadership roles; I felt extremely comfortable during each of my interviews. Everyone I interviewed with had been with Schellman for a number of years and spoke highly of the company’s culture and core values. A quick read on the numerous causes they support and the work they do within the community made it evident to me that they not only care about the people who work for them, but also the community that supports them. I knew I wanted to be a SchellmaNator from the moment I walked through their door; I’m so incredibly excited to be a part of their team!!
