Interview
Went in for an interview on a Thursday. I was called back the following week saying that I had a job. I went in and filled out the paperwork and then that Friday I attended an all day orientation
This was a great interview, very conversational and outlined the responsibilities of the job. There were some formal interview questions like "tell me about your strengths" but also a lot of small talk about the job specifics.
