I had an opportunity to talk both to hiring manager and team-leads. The process was very organized, people were very knowledgeable about the role, they clearly stipulated their expectations from this role, asked meaningful questions as well as shared all needed info about the role, factory, business process and tasks. Also, everybody was eager to answer my questions.
