I was interviewed for a Data Science co-op position by a senior manager and the quality of interview was not even close to what I was expecting from a company like SE. The interviewer asked questions about neural networks and other data science metrics and did not even let me complete my answer. I was interrupted in between my answers several times and he completed my answer and considered those as not answered by me. There were situations where I answered a few questions using an example and the interviewer did not accept those answers and gave me an exact same answer as mine using a different example. He was not interested in understanding one of my previous internship works by following a research paper and ruled it out as not possible. Clearly not something that you want to hear as an interviewee especially coming from a senior manager of a company like SE.
